Terms of Service

This agreement is made effective as of the date submitted on the form, by and between SnapBatz Photography otherwise known as Shin Batz ("Photographer") and the individual or individuals listed in the “Legal Name and PayPal Email” section of the form (“Client(s)”), for the purpose of providing photography services.



Booking and Payment
Booking Process: To secure a booking, the Client must provide a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the scheduled session or event.Payment Methods: I can only accept Paypal via Goods & Services method.Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 2 days of the scheduled session, the Client is not responsible for paying the remaining balance.


Scheduling & Rescheduling
Rescheduling by Client: The Client may request to reschedule the session by providing notice at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The deposit can be transferred to the new date. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the session will forfeit the deposit.Rescheduling by Photographer: In the unlikely event that the Photographer needs to reschedule, the Photographer will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. If no suitable dates are available, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

Deliverables & Turnaround Time
Deliverables: All photos will be in a zipped file that will be emailed to the client.Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for delivery of the final images is 1-3 weeks after the session. In the event of a wedding, a 4-6 week turnaround is to be expected.

Image usage & Copyright
Copyright: All images produced by the Photographer are the property of SnapBatz Photography and are protected by copyright law. The Client is granted personal usage rights for printing and sharing.Artificial Intelligience: Client may not use the assets in connection with an immutable digital asset intended for sale, including but not limited to non-fungible tokens. All rights not expressly granted to the licensee are reserved to SnapBatz and the copyright holder. No machine learning, AI, or biometric technology use. Unless explicitly authorized in the invoice, Client may not use the asset(s) including any caption information, keywords, or other metadata associated with content) for any machine learning and / or artificial intelligence purposes, or for any technologies designed or intended for the identification of natural persons.Commercial Use: The Client may not use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Photographer. Additional fees may apply for commercial usage rights.Social Media and Website Use: The Client may share the images on social media and personal websites, provided that credit is given to SnapBatz Photography. Filters or other edits may not be applied to images without prior consent. Photos may not be claimed as having been taken by anyone other than the Photographer.

Model Release
The Client grants the photographer the right to use and publish images of the Client and/or the Client's event or session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, websites, and social media. The Client may opt out of this provision by providing written notice to the Photographer before the session.

Liability
The Photographer will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and professional environment during the session. However, the Photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session.Force Majeure: The Photographer is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or travel restrictions. In such cases, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide a refund.

Final Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
Changes to Agreement: The Photographer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes and must agree to the updated terms before the scheduled session.Acceptance: By booking with SnapBatz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service. Please ensure that all details are confirmed prior to the session to avoid any misunderstandings.
